The R100 Scottish Broadband Voucher Scheme provides a one-off voucher worth up to £5,000 toward a permanent superfast connection. A combined Scottish and UK Government voucher of up to £8,500 is also available in principle, but the UK Government portion is currently paused — so we’ll always tell you exactly what’s available for your address.
You can't currently get a broadband connection of at least 30 Mbps.
Your premises isn't already in an R100 contract build or a commercial superfast build plan.

We deliver SBVS-eligible connections using superfast fixed wireless (up to gigabit speeds in select areas) and 4G/5G where wireless-to-premises isn’t available. Note: Starlink is not eligible under SBVS — but if satellite is the right fit, we can install Starlink for you separately, outside the scheme.

No. Starlink is not an SBVS-eligible technology. VOOVE delivers voucher-funded connections using SBVS-approved fixed wireless or 4G/5G. We can still install Starlink for you separately, outside the scheme.
