Professional Amazon LEO (formerly Project Kuiper) installation across the UK — from survey to setup, we handle everything.
Independent Installer • UK-Wide Coverage • Same-Day Support
Amazon LEO is new to the UK, and like any low-earth-orbit system it needs a clear, unobstructed view of the sky to perform. A poorly sited terminal drops connections every time a satellite passes behind a chimney or tree line. We survey your property for obstructions, mount the terminal where it will track satellites cleanly, weatherproof every penetration, and route cabling tidily into your home or office. As independent installers with two decades of satellite experience, we’ll get a new system working properly first time.
Home installation with full sky survey, weatherproof mounting and indoor Wi-Fi setup.

We survey your property, identify obstructions and agree the best terminal location before any work starts.
The terminal is sited where it has a clear, unobstructed view of the sky to track satellites without dropouts.

We test speeds before we leave, so you see exactly what you are getting.
Amazon LEO is Amazon’s low-earth-orbit satellite broadband service, formerly known as Project Kuiper. It is newly launching in the UK, so availability is still rolling out region by region. We’re tracking the rollout closely — get in touch and we’ll advise on current availability for your postcode and book your installation as soon as service is live in your area.
We’re independent installers, not an Amazon reseller or partner. That independence works in your favour: we’ll give you straight advice on whether LEO, Starlink or 4G/5G is the better fit for your location, rather than pushing one product. We’ve installed satellite systems since 2004, and the fundamentals — siting, mounting, cabling — are the same.
Both are low-earth-orbit constellations offering low-latency satellite broadband. The practical differences are pricing, hardware and coverage maturity — Starlink has been live in the UK for years, while LEO is just arriving. If you’re undecided, we install both and can talk you through which suits your site, budget and usage.
In most cases, no — a small satellite terminal usually falls under permitted development. Listed buildings and conservation areas are the exception, where consent may be needed before mounting anything to the building. We’ve handled plenty of installs in sensitive locations and can advise on discreet mounting options that keep everyone happy.
Yes — LEO constellations are designed precisely for places fixed-line broadband doesn’t reach. We’re based on Benbecula in the Western Isles, so remote and island installs are our home turf. The key is correct siting: island weather is hard on equipment, and we mount and weatherproof accordingly.
Yes. The monthly service subscription is paid directly to Amazon, on their published tariffs. We handle the survey, hardware installation and network setup, and we’re on hand afterwards if you need support, repositioning or an upgrade.
