Ongoing IT management for small businesses across the UK — helpdesk, devices, networks and cloud, all looked after by one team.
Independent Installer • UK-Wide Coverage • Same-Day Support
Small-business IT fails in predictable ways: nobody notices the backup stopped until a disk dies, machines run unpatched for months, the one person who “knows the wifi password” hands in their notice, and a domain or licence renewal quietly lapses. We take all of it off your plate — monitoring, patching, backups, renewals and a helpdesk your staff can actually ring. Remote-first, with on-site visits where they’re needed. We’re based in the Western Isles, so supporting businesses a long way from the nearest IT shop is what we’ve always done.
Proactive monthly management: monitoring, patching, backups and helpdesk support for your whole business.

Ad-hoc callouts and remote fixes when you need them — no contract required.

Setup, migration, licensing and security for Microsoft 365 and your cloud services.

Your machines watched and updated continuously, so faults are fixed before you notice them.
Backups that run, get checked and get test-restored — not discovered broken after a failure.
A real person to ring or email when something stops working, remote or on-site.
Laptops, desktops and phones set up, secured and retired properly as staff come and go.
Mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint configured, migrated and kept running smoothly.
Antivirus, multi-factor authentication and sensible access controls, kept switched on and up to date.
It depends on how many people and devices you have and what you run, so we quote after a short assessment rather than from a rate card. Managed IT is a fixed monthly fee covering monitoring, patching, backups and helpdesk, so you’re not billed per incident and there’s no incentive for us to let things break. You’ll know exactly what’s included before you commit.
No. Managed IT runs as a monthly service, and on-demand support needs no contract at all — ring us when something breaks and we’ll fix it. We’d rather keep your business because the service is good than because a contract says you can’t leave. If you start on ad-hoc support and later want proactive management, moving across is straightforward.
Yes — most day-to-day support happens remotely: helpdesk, monitoring, patching and backups don’t care where you are. We support businesses across the islands and UK-wide, and we visit on site where hands-on work is needed. Being based in the Western Isles, we built the business around supporting people far from the nearest engineer — distance is normal for us, not an excuse.
Yes. We’ll take on your existing setup, document it and support it as it stands — there’s no requirement to rip anything out. Where the network itself is the weak point, that’s also our trade: we design and install structured cabling, business Wi-Fi and connectivity, so if an upgrade ever makes sense you get one company responsible for the lot, not two pointing at each other.
No — licences and subscriptions for Microsoft 365, antivirus, backup storage and similar services are paid to the provider, at their published prices. What we do is make sure you’re on the right licences, not paying for seats nobody uses, and that renewals never quietly lapse. We’re independent, so we recommend what fits your business rather than what pays us best.
We won’t invent a response-time figure to win the work. In practice, helpdesk issues are picked up quickly during working hours, most fixes happen remotely the same day, and genuine emergencies — a business that can’t trade — jump the queue. Managed IT customers see fewer urgent calls in the first place, because monitoring catches most problems before they stop anyone working.
