Business Broadband Installation & Setup

Professional business broadband installation across the UK — from circuit choice to network setup, we handle everything.

Independent Installer • UK-Wide Coverage • Same-Day Support

Why Choose a Professional Business Broadband Install?

Choosing the wrong circuit is an expensive mistake a business lives with for years. A leased line, FTTP and a bonded connection suit very different needs, budgets and locations — and the headline speed is only half the story once contention, upload rates and failover are considered. We assess what your business actually does, recommend the right circuit honestly, manage the installation, and build the network behind it: router, firewall, Wi-Fi and cabling. One installer, end to end, with no provider bias.

Frequently Asked Questions

Leased line or FTTP — which do I need?

FTTP suits most small businesses: fast, affordable, quick to install. A leased line costs more but gives you a dedicated, uncontended circuit with guaranteed speeds, matching upload, and a fix-time SLA — worth it if your business depends on cloud systems, VoIP or moving large files. We’ll assess your usage honestly and won’t oversell you a circuit you don’t need.

Bonding combines two or more connections — fibre, FTTC, even 4G/5G — into a single faster, more resilient link. If one line fails, the others carry on. It’s particularly useful at rural premises where no single service is fast enough, or where a leased line is unaffordable or simply unavailable.

Our on-site work — router, firewall, Wi-Fi and cabling — typically takes a day or less. The circuit itself is the variable: FTTP is often live within a couple of weeks, while leased lines commonly take 30 to 90 working days, depending on the provider and any excess construction work. We manage the order and chase the provider so you don’t have to.

The circuit and its monthly subscription come from your chosen provider and are billed by them. We’re independent, which means we recommend the best provider and product for your site rather than whatever earns the biggest commission — then we handle the installation, network build and ongoing support.

Yes. We plan migrations so the new circuit is installed, tested and proven before anything is switched, and we can put temporary 4G/5G connectivity in place if there’s any gap. Most changeovers happen out of hours or in a planned window of minutes, not days.

More than you might think. We’re based in the Western Isles, so remote-premises connectivity is our speciality. Where fibre hasn’t reached, we can deliver business-grade service over 4G/5G, satellite, or a bonded mix of whatever is available — and design it with proper failover so a single mast or line fault doesn’t stop your business.
